Add personalisation button in Table view

Hi,

I have created table view in an overview page. Earlier there were two toolbar in that view, but through HTML coding i am able to see only one toolbar. But when i have set PERSONALIZE = 'FALSE' in HTML coding, personalize button is even not visible on toolbar.

Please help me to get the personalize button again.
