Hi Ranga,
Your screenshot looks like you want to change the values of dropdown in inbox search.
Use BADI : CRM_IC_INBOX_BADI
Method : MANIPULATE_RESP_FOR_SEARCH
Remove the unnecessary dropdown values in this BADI and it will not appear in dropdown of search.
