Workflow Trigger on Lead

Hello,

I want to Trigger a workflow when user changes the lead status in Web-UI and should be able to perform the following actions:

1. Generate e-mail notification & Task for the next person to approve the lead

2. Send e-mail to all people involve upon change in status

Also, once the workflow I ready how can I assign it to my Transaction Type for Lead. example: I created a Transaction Type Z004 - My Lead, how could I connect the workflow WS99900044 to my transaction type that I should trigger.

How could I achieve this ?
