Well, the error message sais "component set ... can not be loaded since multiple object definitions exist TTETRC".
Did you change anything there? When you put a breakpoint at that coding place do you see anything? Maybe in desktop2, the call stack? Is a Z-method responsible?
If you don't find anything, then I would create an OSS-message. I haven't found anything like that when googleing.
