Hi CRM Experts,
I am trying to configure Multilevel Categorization at item level for service products. In system how can this be achieved ? , I have created one at header level by assigning a Subject Profile ( containing all code and code group information ) at transaction type , but just adding the same at item level doesn't help . Just for the facts , I have added my transaction type and item category to the catalog categories .
I have also tried to add ITEM_CATEG_AND_CATALOGTYPE at application areas for categorization under SERVICE_ORDER application ID with the Class/ interface CL_CRM_ERMS_CATEGO_VA_1ORDER , unfortunately it still dosen't show in the categorization schema .
Any help will be highly appreciated .
