Trigger Action when the Date is reached

Hello All,

I need to trigger an action for follow up when the document (Task) creation date + 10days is achieved.

How can I  define the "expression" &todays+10days& in the container editor ?

or do i Need create a date type to calculate todays date + 10 days,
