Hi,
If i am correct You are passing Transaction type Z111 instead of object type.
Z111 and Z999 are transaction types i guess.
Object type of incident is BUS2000223. Please check for any of your created document Z111 in CRMD_ORDERADM_H table with GUID and check the object type and pass that in the URL for object type.
