HI Cady,

You have to add BUS2000223 in generic outbound plug mappings for your navigation bar profile, but i guess it will be there already for your navigation bar profile.

The issue is in URL. In URL OBJECT_TYPE=BUS2000223 should be there not Z111.

Z111 is Process Type not Object Type.

http://sap-xxxx:xxxx/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm?sap-client=xxx&CRM-OBJECT-TYPE=Z111&CRM-OBJECT-ACTION=B&CRM-OBJECT-VALUE=<guid>&

Change the URL in code and check.

http://sap-xxxxxxxx/
