You are right. That is the missing piece to the first error -
'You have either no authorization for action Display
of object type xxx Incident (Z111), or this object type is not part of
the role you are assigned to'
So I have added Z111 to the generic outbound plug of my navigation bar profile. Previously I have problem with this step because when i hit f4, it says no entries. Due to this I have created a buch of other stuff which just confused me more. Now I realize it accepts entries without having to exist in the F4.
The missing code in the callback class for the UI object type is the answer to the 'entity could not be determined' error.
