I guess the easier way would be to do a search in the table CGPL_PROJECT you would get all your campaigns containing the Ids these campaign ids you can pass in the table CGPL_TASK in project_guid field you will get the campaign plan elements.

For Description the campaign ids can be entered in the table CPGL_TEXT field name guid description will come from text1 field.
