Hi Atul,

 

Thanks for your advice, actually we have maintained below status sequence are under status profile.

 

 

 

New

Inprocess

Realsed

Completed

Escalated

Cancelled

Reopend

 

the same order also we done configure in Production system also. now i am setting status from Released to Cancelled but its setting to Completed.

so i want to change the order which you have mentioned the above in both systems ?
