At 12:30 p.m.CST china time everyday, all the users will get log out of CRM and getting error message "Service not reached" and make them sign in back. its like time out error. to overcome this issue can we need to implement any code in html at component CRM_UI_FRAME or do we need to settings RZ11 transaction. could you advice me how to approach this issue.
