Dear All,
When I am sending a new e-mail to my customer, the requirement is that my name should get defaulted automatically along with my company name in CRM Web UI, for this I have made the following configurations.
Defined the e-mail profiles under CRM- Interaction Center Web client- Basic Functions-Communication Channels-Define E-mail profiles profile Id created is Z_LOGISTICS.
Next I have defined my user name in the outgoing e-mail address groups CRM- Interaction Center Web client- Basic Functions-Communication Channels- Define Outgoing E-mail address groups-
I have also assigned the e-mail profile to the relevant business role.
Now when I log in to CRM Web Ui using the above business role when I click on e-mail I am getting the below screen.in the from tab my name should get defaulted since I am logging in, can this be defaulted since currently the user needs to select the same from the dropdown.
I also checked the context node and the attribute however the same is blank, please advice how this can be enhanced.
