WebClient Session not finish - Log Off issue

Hi. We upgraded from CRM 7.01 to EHP3.
When i press click in the button Log Off, appears this message in the message bar:

Char: 211

Error: ´crmuifClient.winMan´ is null or not an object

Code: 0

URL: http://server.customer.corp:8000/sap....../bc/bsp/sap/crmcmp_hdr/bspwdapplication.do?saprole=ROLE07

and the system remains in the same screen and don´t finish the session.
