I know its old post (sorry), I posted new one(see attached link) .
From EHP2 , SAP has given option for multiple fact sheets for account .
Even I maintained the Zclass and Zsmartform opposite to Zpfcg role, those buttons are triggering as expected . I can see the buttons in overview page .
here I have posted the issue.

I dont know whether its SAP issue or any other configurations are required.
