Hi experts,
We use the CRM_UI web client in our solution manager for incident management (7.1 SP12)
In the upper right corner of the CRM_UI there is a "saved querries" search box. We also can search for incidents or service requests in our case by pushing the down Arrow in this area.
We can specify the search of an incident or service request (ID, Processor, Title, etc.). But how can we add or remove search fields in this list?
