Sigrid is right. You don't need to do the configuration for each end user. You only need to assign the
same view(home screen) to one business role by assigning the configuration key to the business role
in t-code: crmc_ui_profile. Then all users who log on webui by this same business role will exactly
have the same home screen.
You need to:
1. create a role configuration key by spro->crm->ui framework->technical role definition->defind role
configuration key
2. run t-code: crmc_ui_profile->select and double click your business role-> enter the configuration
key of step 1 in field Role Config. Key.
3. load the view either on webui or t-code: bsp_wd_cmpwb, go to configuration, copy the configuration to a new one, and assign your role config key in step1. then you can configure the screen per your needs .(see screenshot in sigrid's reply)
