Hi,
When I create a new dealer lead...upon save...the status changes from OPEN to VIEWED...
But when I open the lead ID which is created through data loaded through ELM...the status as OPEN....
when I click on SAVE button, the status does not change from OPEN to VIEWED...
I have no clue why it is happening so...
