default country field during lead creation

Hi,

During the creation of a lead, the country field is to be defaulted to the country of the person who logins.

I am able to get the country value...but how do I default it in the lead creation screen?

I have the component and view and context details with me..in BTLEADH context, I can see the ZZCOUNTRY1 field..

Is it in the setter and getter methods I need to do?
