Thanks for your inputs.
In the SO28, i can see the group mail id. Other than i am not able to see any other workflow settings.
I have checked the note as well. I have got stucked at step 4.
I am not able to see any Work Items in SWI1. And there are no address have been maintained in the transaction CRMC_IC_AUIADDR.
Let me know if anything is unclear or if you required more details.
