Change Work Area Content based on custom user parameter

Hi All,

     We have a requirement that, when user login to the Web UI, based on a custom user parameter, the landing page should be changed. Currently, we have a custom navigation profile through which all the user will be shown 'Customer Identification' page. Now, we need to display 'Inbox' page when the custom user parameter is set else we need to display 'Customer Identification' page.

     Is this possible? Please let me know how to achieve this.
