Change in the behavior of view in Dev and Quality systems

Hi ALl,

In UTIL_SALES Business Role, when i open an Account.

In Contractual Relationships assignment block, when i try to click on New button, i get into another view BP_CONT component.

In Development system, i find the both the views in Editable mode.

But in Quality system, i find one of the view in Editable mode and another view in Display Mode.

I have checked the Getter and Setter methods, .HTM View, and IMPL Classes, Also checked the Configuration in both the systems. Absolutely there is no change in Code in both the systems.

There is no issue of missing Transport,

I tried to debug but could not find any reason.

Can any one pls help me understand the reason for the above mentioned behavior.
