Hello Luis,
a customer creates a ticket via the IT Servicemodule in our SAP CRM. The colleagues are able to send mails out of the crm-system to ask for more information or give the customer a hint or help. And sometimes they want to desribe the solution with screenshots. But therefore they have to save the screenshot as local file, upload it to the mail and then they can send the mail to the customer.
It would be easier to just paste the screenshot in the input field, like in this form - where I can paste images (random screenshot):
As it is possible in this input field of the SCN-Forum, why isn't it possible in the form of the SAP CRM?
