How to set default organization based on user in resource planning search and result screen?

Hi Team,

My requirement is ,Resource planning screen -user clicks saved search-click on go button,result list of service demands will be displayed in result list.if we select one demand id and click on Proposed Resources.

Resource proposal screen is displayed with search and result screen, see the screen shot 2,Here Organization  should be default org id for user and result also should displayed .how to set org id default based on user.
