Have a look at the below SAP note:
SAP Note No. 1720677 : User Guest granted privileges of a real user (user logs in with another account)
This is the issue you are facing.
Also check whether the SPs are as per: SAP Note No. 1717945 : Portal Logoff Does Not Logoff the
Backend When Using HTTP Security Session Management (user logs in with another account).
As a precautionary measure, please make sure that the concerned SCA files, SERVERCORE, ENGINEAPI, EP-PSERV and EP-RUNTIME are updated and on the latest level as this will be of help.
