"Service cannot be reached" error in CRM WebUI

Hello,

 

Users are facing the error "service cannot be reached" as per the screenshot attached.

 

The SM21 logs around the exact same time show message "Delete session 001 after error 061" and the work process logs in the particular work process shows the below logs:

In the production system, this issue happens exactly 7 hours after users login.

In the non-production systems, this issue happens intermittently.

 

The same error is present in the cause for KBA 2016904 - 500 SAP Internal Server Error. But we do not get the other error in dev_disp mentioned in KBA. But we do not have these parameters mentioned in KBA in our system. We are on CRM 7.0 EHP1 / NW 7.0 EHP2 (in production) and kernel 720 EXT patch 420.

 

Any suggestions/comments will be appreciated.
