I am sure you are correct but unfortunatly i am not able to get results with this setting.

here is wat i did.

I am doing it for Interaction records notes feild

so my text object is CRM_ORDERH

and my text determination procedure is ACT00001

i changed the change feild in SPRO to P = Log

but i am not getting desired results.

Still i am able to delete old notes in the interaction record.

Please guide.
