How to enable Custom Component fields

Hi All,

We have custom button named "Campaign Cost" in CPGOE_DETAILS OV page.

It navigates to a z-component. Here all the fields are editable.

But when the same button is added in CPTOE_DETAILS OV (campaign element screen), navigation is happening but the fields are disabled.

Kindly give some input to enable them.
