1. Check the transaction type ( In which transaction you are facing this issue) and check which Org Data Profile/Determination is assigned.
2. Check this below configuration:
3. In the Org Data Profile - You will find the Rule number.
4. Then, you can check the rule - "Maintain Determination Rule".
5. You can also check the "Simulation test by clicking 
button.
6. You will find the pop-up and then you can execute the test:
