I have placed the similar code as mentioned in my thread..but I am looking for how we can revert back changes only specific to one transaction as it's related to IC Agent role.
ex: here when we commit or revert it will revert back all transactions like Interaction record, complaint as it's specific to IC agent..but i need to revert back changes only one transaction(complaint)..
I am guessing we have to have loop on these transactions..
But I don't have any idea how to do that. I appreciate your help on this.
