Hi Dharmakshi,

Unfortunately I cannot use the ORDER_SAVE badi..because if I use DO_NOT_SAVE it will not allow the user to come out of the transaction when user clicks on save and end interaction button on IC agent.

Even though validation fails i should allow the user to comeout of transaction and changes should be reverted.
