Item level 20 second line item is getting populated, how to remove item no 20 line item on complaint?

Hi team,

User enter serila number on header level ,Item 20 line item is coming.i dont want secodn line item 20.we want only first item only.how to to remove this item 20 on second level item on complaint creation screen..

We dont want line item 20 .how to remove this item?
