1. from where you created the custom view for Sales Order Items? Is it 'configuration' tab in t-code bsp_wd_cmpwb? Which configuration (Role key/Comp. usage/objet type/subobject type) is it?
2. In the 'sales order items', please check the F2 technical data: What is the (Role key/Comp. usage/objet type/subobject type) of 'Searched For'? What is the (Role key/Comp. usage/objet type/subobject type) of 'Found'?
please also check what is the value for 'Configuration Origin', is it 'personalization'?
3. Is the (Role key/Comp. usage/objet type/subobject type) of 'Found' the same as in the customer configuration you created in above point 1?
-- If it is not the same, it means the being used configuration is not the expected one, or, it means you created the customer view for a wrong configuration.
