CRM Process in our Project is 1. Create Enquiry. 2. Lead. 3. opportunity. 4. ERP Quotation.
So when we open Opportunity page and check in the Transaction history, Lead and ERPQuotation(if created) will be shown. But I met with some cases where ERP Quotation is not getting displayed in Transaction History of Opportunity page though it is created.
But when we open the ERP Quotation separately and check in the Transcation History of ERP Quotation, opportunity Number is getting displayed. If we go to that Opportunity and check in Transaction history, ERP Quotation is not getting displayed. I am unable to find it why. We arte facing this issue rarely. Please suggest me if I need to check anything to avoid the issue.
