Here once I select any file to upload from the desktop and later select any values from the custom drop down field the attached file disappears , and waits for the next file to be attached .I referred to this thread How to open a file browser in CRM Web UI without THTMLB tag "fileUpload" , which mentioned here as a standard behavior of the upload tag .
