I am looking for a solution to assign the user ID to a business partner, without creating the Business Partner out of the user. The problem is, that we are using the HR integration, where the business partner will be created. However, in 20% of all cases the user ID is not filled in infotype 0105 so it can not be transferred. The Email will be known for all users and personnel numbers, so a mapping could be made via eMail. How can BP_USER_GEN resp. program AI_SDK_USER_BP_GEN can help me in this regards? Which other possible solutions are available?
Question 2: When we would use the creation out of the user, how can I map the personnel number? In addition, the business partner shhould be created just once for each personnel number, due to e.g. marriage and divorce the surname which is included in the user ID is changing. How can I update the user id in the existings business partner without creating a new one.
