please make sure that note 1787977 is implemented in your system. The relevant function module is CRM_OPP_SD_QUOT_DOC_FLOW if you want to debugg.
Furthermore please check the RFC settings in BD97 and compare it to the used RFC destination assigned to ERP Sales Order Profile. The setting needs to be the same.
