Dear Experts,
we are using central search for quickly search a ticket based on object id hence we have configured system for the same.
Now as per new requirement they need Inbox result view hence I am using below configuration for central search.
Nav. Bar Profile : Y*
Object type : IC_INBOX
Action : B
Search View : ICCMP_INBOX InboxAdvancedSearch
The issue is when you search based on ticket number it does not search but instead it looks like below.
if any 1 have any idea about it kindly help ![]()
