Dear Madhu,
I think you need to check/debugg why the attachment block is detached - you might want to set a BP of the used overviewset class -> for activities CL_BT126H_A_APPTOVVIEWSET_IMPL, method DETACH_STATIC_OVW_VIEWS (or REATTACH_STATIC_OVW_VIEWS).
