Blank screen after login to CRM webclient

Hello All,

I am unable to view any content after logging on to the CRM webclient using URL:

http://<hostname>:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm

The login screen comes up and after I enter credentials, the screen goes blank. The URL in the address bar of this blank Internet Explorer window is:

http://<hostname>:8000/sap(bD1lbiZjPTIxMCZkPW1pbg==)/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm.

- OS:Windows 2008

- DB:- SQL

- SAP CRM ABAP 7.0

-SAP_BASIS 731

- WEBCUIF 731

- BBPCRM 702

Please help me to solve this BLANK SCREEN.
