Outlook Integration | Can we filter appointment from Outlook to SAP CRM?

Hi Expert

I am setting up outlook integration between office 365 and SAP CRM 7 (EhP 3).

I wonder how to set up filter for appointments created in Outlook to be synced to SAP CRM. Is it possible? Or it means all appointments you created in Outlook Calendar have to be synced with SAP CRM?

If so, could you please suggest how to do, or guide where I can find the document for setting up.
