How to reprocess the email in SOIN --- this question itself seems not CRM interaction center problem. Please try menu 'send request'->'send again'.
I need some clarifications:
1. The internal address-- do you mean the 'internal recipients' as mentioned in 1846041?
2. You want to resend the email because you want to resolve the empty 'internal address' problem? Or you just want to resend email (which has empty internal address) in SOIN ?
If you want to resolve the empty internal address (if you mean internal recipient) by resending emails, you need to correct configurations as mentioned in 1846041 first, or you will still get the internal address empty even you resend it.
