Hi Atul,
Go to the transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB and enter the component as ICCMP_BP_DETAILS
if it is enhanced then fine otherwise u should have to enhance the component with ur enhancement set.
and also enhance the view and context node which u have sent in the screen shot.
Find the STRUCT.FIRSTNAME field and generate setter and getter methods for the same field.
write the logic in GET_I_FIRSTNAME which Leon has given the sample code.
