Hi Experts,
I have a requirement where in I need to E-mail all knowledge articles in my cart appended as a single attachment.
I have created a button E-MAILALL beside E-MAIL,CHAT and DELETE buttons. On click of it, the content from all the selected knowledge articles in the cart should get appended and the attachment should get opened in email editor.
How do I achieve this.
