yes a guide (created by SAP) would be great.
And the possibility to use this Widget for ChaRM (Developer, Tester, ...) too.
I already found the same solution in the past and created such a guide as free downloadable PDF document. However SCN don't allow me to post the link here or to upload this document here.
Of course you can search for "IT Service Management My Messages Widget" using Google.
