Transaction launcher URL is not opened first click ,but if we click second time it is opened?

Hi Team,

i have created transaction launcher URL from CRM to ECC.if user clicks transaction launcher link on work center for first time URL is not opened,if we click second time then it is opened.

This URL i have created manually and added on CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS and this URL i have make it to generic username and password by setting on ECC server SICF t-code.

Now user clicks on work center transaction launcher link it is asking user name and password link and next time if we click then it is opened. could you please help here.

generic user name and password i did setting on SICF -service name-logon-pad-provided user name and password on ECC system.
