Hello Experts,
We have an issue of user getting automatically logged from WebUI if he/she clicks anywhere on GS_CM/Doc Tree View.
If user creates interaction and then navigate to Attachment assignment block, click Advanced Button , then GS_CM/Doc Tree view gets opened.
And if we click on this screen , then user gets automatically logged off.
Strangely, this issue is not occurring for interactions opened from 'recent items' list.
DO_HANDLE_EVENT is not getting triggered on click on the screen while it is getting triggered for recent items.
Request inputs on how to debug such issue.
Response will be highly appreciated.
