I can suggest you one approach. But for that you need to take the back up of the code or if your code is present in some down boxes like Quality Client that you need not to worry. As you have already done considerable development, there is really no point in losing all the hard work.
Using SE03, you can check the individual objects of the Transport. You can delete the Class, for example the View Implementation Class,View Controller Classes, etc. And then once again you can lock them in a separate transport request. You can even use SE10 if you find that convenient.
But please do it extreme caution and carefully keep a note of all the object that you are deleting and reassigning from the Transport Request.
