If you are using CRM EHP3, then according to note 1746385, you need to make sure you have applied note 1898295 and 2026791. Or else, you are not supported to use IE11.

If you are using an IC role, then you need to check following KBAs.

2097237 Usage of IE11 for CRM Interaction Center

Also, please check following note, according to your IE11 patches, you need to follow the solution to avoid IE freezing and performance issues when using IE11.

2246083 - IE freezing and performance issues caused by memory consumption in new version of IE11
