I tried to take the "A" but it's still the same issue. Even if it would work, it wouldn't be a solution because the second team is also part of the same Sales Org.
I have discussed this once more with the CRM team & our client and apparently the client's requirements do not allow a SAP default set-up. We'll look into the option to "hard-code" the Sales Org Units into derivable roles (hence not using OM), or see for a custom development.
